REVIEW*
It is true to say that every Turbulence album boasts some pretty blazing tracks, but they all fall short being absolute classics largely due to the whiney ballads that Sheldon "Turbulence" Campbell insists on including. This album is no exception to the rule; the awful "Girlfriend," "Lets Try" and "Holiday" really give this set a sour taste. There is some good stuff here however; the ganja anthem "Marihuana" and the exhilarating "Pride" are probably the best tracks. Of the more rootsy, one-drop material "Dem Crying" and "Time" are my favourites, as Sheldon's vocals are less whiney than in others, such as "Burn Dem Down" and "Unite." Overall, this album isn't a bad listen, so if you're a Turbulence fan I would recommend it if you haven't heard it already, but if you're not just give the Sizzla albums another spin.
